Art deco stool with curved legs and flower form seat with original upholstery, France 1920s

Price: Price on request

A charming French Art Deco stool from the 1920s, distinguished by its sculptural curved legs in dark stained wood and its rare flower‑form seat upholstered in the original woven fabric. The silhouette is both playful and elegant: four outward‑sweeping legs meet at a central junction, supporting a softly scalloped cushion that echoes the organic motifs typical of early modernist design.

The original upholstery shows some wear and small areas of damage, consistent with age. We recommend reupholstering. This can be arranged in consultation with us, with fabric choices tailored to your interior project.

Despite its age, the stool retains a warm, tactile presence; ideal as an accent piece in a reading corner, beside a vanity, or as a decorative object adding character to eclectic or Art Deco‑inspired interiors.
